Red face EC500 Office Caller ID issue?

I'm testing out EC500, and I've got it up and running with no major issues.

The only problem is caller ID passed to the cell phone. Right now, when a call is passed from the office extension to the cell phone, it displays the switch default(?) caller ID no matter where the call originates from.

ie: external customer (203-555-1234) calls office phone (212-555-7834). Call is passed via EC500 to cell phone, and caller ID displays 212-555-7800.

Caller ID displays same (212-555-7800) no matter if the originating call is an internal extension, or external customer. When I call from the cell phone to an internal extension, it correctly shows the bridged office extension associated with the XMoblie station...

any ideas??
