Caller ID problems with DID #'s on S8100
I am having a problem with in-bound caller ID on our DID phone numbers only. The number will show on the phone but the name will not appear. However, if I hit SendAllCalls, the name and number show up correctly. The call either has to be picked up immediately or it will be sent to voice mail. We have a Definity S8100. Does anyone know what setting may need to be changed on the S8100?
