ah, but you can hide the extension number. you need to use a COS that has 'Client Room' set to yes. then assign that COS to the station you want to mask/hide the number of. then, on that station form on the page with site data info, enter the number you want displayed in the room field. this will only mask internal calls, not external calls.

am not sure, but i bet you have to have some hospitality features to be able to use this.
