Basically the site supports hardware which they sell, and should be free to customers who purchase the product. What happens with the PCN's? Are they planning on making us pay to have the product which they sold to us patched for a service it was supposed to support in the first place? It just seems that they will sell you the product and then charge you again for the manual on how to use it.
