Hi Dave,

I mis-spoke. We're actually using Win2K Server. (The rest of the details I gave you are correct.) In answer to your other questions: We have five agents reporting to the CCC server and two users trying to learn to use the CCC Client for monitoring the queue; some days they don't even connect. I haven't rebooted the server regularly, only when it hangs. It's probably an old version, too, 4.0.16. I'll look for an update. Thanks for the tip.
