Have you thought about setting the IVR ports up as line-side extensions (DS1FD, DS1FA, or OPS) and placing them into a hunt group? In document 555-233-503 (DEFINITY Enterprise Communication Server Release 9.5 Guide to ACD Call Centers) has an appendix that speaks to this very issue. Also, you can use the "converse" vector step to pass DNIS and/or ANI to the stations. Finally, you can use "flash hook" to facilitate the blind transfer that you wish to acomplish.
