It sounds like you are trying to do a trunk to trunk transfer. Do a 'cha cos' under the users cos, change trk-to trk transfer override to yes. I usually set all of these to no becuase this it is a common place for toll fraud. This feature allows a user to transfer a external call to another external number and then drop off the line. The call they transfered will still be connected.
