The faxes will need to get dialtone from something. You can order POTS lines from the telco and call forward off-net or coverage path remote to get the faxes from the pbx to those lines. If there is only going to be one fax machine, you can use the dry copper pair to provide tone to the fax from your pbx. You should be able to run both DSL and one analog line over the copper pair.
Another alternative for multiple faxes would be to set up network faxing (RightFax, or the built-in faxing of the Intuity), then print out the faxes to a network printer over there. RightFax (et al) will also take care of outbound faxing for you.
