We have just received a request to provide data and voice to an off-site location (a couple blocks from campus) and have no physical cabling to the building. There will be three to six offices, each needing an extension as well as data connection to our LAN. They would prefer extensions and voice mail from our systems [Avaya G3R v11 and Intuity v5.1] as opposed to those from our local telephone company. At least one of the extensions will be for a fax machine.

I'd like to hear some ideas on how I might provide this without the costs getting out of hand. Not sure how long this off-site location is leased for.
