Queue the call at a higher priority ... i.e. in your vector where your calls are queued, queue regular callers at, say, medium and then queue your VIP callers at priority "top." The vector step will say something like "queue to skill ___ pri ___. In the pri ___ is where you put the priority ... either <l>ow, <m>edium, <h>igh or <t>op.
