Can you clarify the problem a little first:-
- 1. ?Does redial do nothing at all
or
- 2. ?Does it dial a number that dosnt get routed out from the switch.
Problem 1: As IPGuru hints, occurs if the user has no call appearance buttons programmed (its usually matched by the phone's call log not working).
Problem 2: If your IP Office is setup to use a dial 9 prefix for outgoing external calls, that prefix needs to be added to the CLI of incoming calls that gets used for redial, etc. Each line has a prefix field in the configuration for this.
