1 I do not thinkj tyou can force recording of internal calls

2) a transfered call should still be seen as an external call (i think I have not yet tested)

3) mandatory recording can fail, example:-

1 spare VM port - 2 exts with mandatory recording attempt to make a call. both calls will dial out & the VM will record the 1st one to connect. the 2nd call will still connect but will not be recording!

This has been a problem with all releases of VM pro.
