Call recording
Hi,
I'm new on IP Office and in my first installation the client want to record all calls (internal or external) to 5 of their phones (this is a broker and those 5 phones receive orders and they need to record the calls to prove that the order was given). The external calls are recorded but the internal calls (from one extension to another) aren't. Is there a way to record internal calls automatically?
If a external call goes to a phone were it is not recorded and transfered to a phone were the call is recorded it counts as an external call or an internal call?
