Re: Ip Office TFTP problem?
There are several permission properties that can be set to stop anyone from making changes to the manager configuration and then saving it.
When you log in you will be asked to provide 1stly a permissions logon - username and password - usually "administrator" or somthing like that. Then 2ndly a system password.
It is the first username that determines the level of access that you have. The person who set up you system may have set you up with read logon details - then removed the first logon window so that you cant logon as anybody else. If this is the case you will need to remove and re-install the manager program.
