This is actually the second time this has happened in the last week or so. The last time it happened, it was because of a power failure.

Now ... I can reach the other stores via direct extn dial ... and they can reach the prompt of the VM Pro System ... but its almost like the VM Pro system cannot read the config data from the satellites file to obtain the correct password for the users! The VM works fine at the location where the VM Pro and IPO systems are side by side!
