If you are using an analog modem, you need the modem2 card to use the RAS feature ON THE IPOffice. If you are using a BRI modem, you do not.
However, to route callers to your external, nothing to do with IPOffice RAS server you do NOT require the modem2 card. Just follow my instructions above.
