As IPGuru mentioned the server setup will be up to you, but on the IPO side:
1 - create a huntgroup with as many analog extensions as you intend to connect to modems in your servers RAS modem pool.
2 - physically connect the modems.
3 - In your incoming call routes, set the destination for an unused DID/DDI to the extension number of the huntgroup you created in step 1
Re: modem2 card. I would have sworn on a stack of bibles it was not required if the call was over ISDN on BOTH ends. Obviously you still need it if the IPO has PRI but the client calling is on analog. IPGuru am I wrong?
