To use the native RAS feature on the IPOffice, you need to install a modem2 card for analog users. Once this is installed, enable dialup in each users user form, and be sure they have a password (general tab, not voicemail tab). Then, easiest way to proceed is to assign an available DID/DDI to the RAS service - in your incoming call routes assign the destination "DialIn".

At the client end, they will use windows dialup networking (dial up to an office network choice in the network make new connection wizard). The number to dial is the DID/DDI assigned above, login is their user name, password is their password.

It helps tremendously if you can set the DHCP settings in the system form to "Dialin only" if it's not already set to "Server." Otherwise you have to muck around with IP Routes.
