Call Accounting
My call center is in a hunt group. (200) When the supervisor wants to do reports on the individual ext. they don't get who received the call. For example I call hunt group 200 and ext 256 picks up. There is no record that ext 256 picked up my call just that it came into hunt group 200.
I talked with the call accounting software and they say it is how the ip office sends it data. I am using the latest version of Ip office software and delta server.
Is there maybe a setting I have wrong?
