Question Off Site Call Forwarding Policy

I am supposed to write out a policy regarding off site call forwarding.

Are there any companies out there that already have a written policy for this? I wanted to see she how other companies have addressed the issue so I can use that as a guide. I also need to write one for people who require analog connections?

Any help would be appreciated.
