I noticed that when users log off their extensions with DND on, when they log on bck the next day their extension stills in DND.
The problem is that at the beggining of their shift the Call Center View displays them as 'Ready' even when they are on DND. The Busy N/A status is just displayed if they turn DND off and then back on.
Has anyone experienced this? I am running delta server 4.0.16 and I am using regular analog extensions.
