You will find that you have a queue time of 10 seconds & the default no answer time is 15 sec.

this means that your call will que for 15 seconds on the 1st group with the msg pplayed @10

Options :- if you want the calls to overflow straigt away when the user in the 1st group is busy turn of call queing.

if you still want calls to que but not play the msg , increase the queue time.
