"all operators busy msg using queued dnd
We have a client using a DND button on ext 1911 (which is the only extension in the main hunt group).
The DND button works fine, but a system wav file kicks in saying that "all operators are busy" prior to rolling to the overflow hunt group.
We tried to add a "queued" call flow in voicemail pro for the main hunt group, with a transfer object to the Overflow group extension. This did not work.
Any ideas?
