Thanks Everybody for showing me Delta server. It works perfect. Its logging well and I've set it up as a service (with some 3rd party utilities). The problem I am having is.. I need to be able to log the phone number dialed out on the analog lines.
What I am seeing in the CSV file is that the number dialed is '9' and that is all. Its not getting the actual phone number. I'm thinking it has to do with the way I have my short codes setup. Am I correct?
In my short codes I have:
9N,N,0,Dial
and the same thing for 8N except line group 1 (we have some foreign exchang lines that are separated)
We like this setup as we get a second dialtone as soon as we press 9.
Then I got thinking again (dangerous I know :devil: ) and read a little on secondary dialtone. From what I can gather you setup 2 short codes like this:
9,.,0,SecondaryDialTone
[9]N;,N,0,Dial
Is this correct? So If I then dial 9, I will still get my second dialtone, but the IPO will still log what number was dialed?
