PBXtech.info - View Single Post - record calls into anything other then the users mailbox

I told a customer that I could voice record into another mailbox, but I just can't get it to work. I have put around 20 IOP in, so I have a good working knowledge, but no luck on this issue. You are the first person to say that they can do this. I will be forever in debt to you.
