Parking Calls
Has anyone set up a way the user can park a call on an extension and another user can pickup that extension without too much hassle.
Currently we setup a system where we have programmed users with a button *38*
All the users have to do is hit the extension number/zone and the #.
The customer has confusion with understanding which park zone they have placed the call and they only want to hit the extension number of the parked call.
I appreciate any ideas.
