Re: dialing pause
Is there some way to adjust besides the System>Telephony tab? I adjusted it down to about 1500, which reduced the delay, but there is still a 4-5 second delay to dialing out, whereas the delay for dialing a short code is about 1-2 seconds. Any ideas?
The second issue:
customer dials 9, then the 7 digit number, and the call never picks up an outside line, just floats around in dead space. Then they hang up and try it again and it works. could this be a CO problem or does it have to do with a setting in the switch?
