There should have been an instruction manual that came with the 909 Universal coupler. The jacks (rj45) are the in and out of the music source. The rj11 is the for 48v. It can be supplied by the PBX if a transformer was not provided. There is another coupler that we used to order that can with a system 25. It's feed was just an in source and an out to the PBX. The number for this was (MOH) Interface KS-23395.
