Ether scenerio is valid and can happen. However, like everything else at Avaya there is a cost. There are specific SAP codes for TDM Port RTUs, IP Port RTUs, Call Center Agent RTUs, etc.
Moving from seperate, disparate systems into a converged archecture (i.e. Merging into a single PBX) is covered in the
Avaya Communication Manager 2.0 License Migration and Merge Offer Description (Referenced as Appendix G in the Communication Manager Product Definition).
License moves between servers is covered in the
Avaya Communication Manager 2.0 License Move Offer Description (referenced as Appendix H in the Communication Manager Product Definition).
For specifics on cost, procedures, etc. contact your Avaya AE, Business Partner, or (if you are a Business Partner) speak with one of your Distrubutor's Design Specialists.
