If you require more than 3 port networks you'll have to go to a center-stage switch ... that's the rule.

Now, determining when to go to a forth port network is a matter of traffic studies, processor occupancy, etc. Sometimes traffic loads in a given port-network can be over burdened and traffic simply needs to be balanced between port networks but when the traffic demands additional timeslots there will be no option save that of an additional port network.

I suggest downloading and reading Document 555-203-505 "Reports for Avaya Communication Manager" located here: http://support.avaya.com/japple/css/...ss.UsageUpdate() It contains all of the commands necessary to run reports and explains them in detail.
