I have a vector for our main number with the option press # to dial your parties extension.
I have a group of operators logging into non DID extensions to do their jobs answering vectors and an answering service.
What I am finding out is that they are giving out the extension they are sitting at to their family members and they are dialing into the main number, then # and the operators extension.
My question is there a way so that the extension will only take vector calls? or can I atleast take them out of the choices from the main greeting.
