I have a problem witha definity Guessworks when the opperator press night service the call will route to the front desk then to the auto attendant which is fine. The problem is when a guess dial 0 the call will stay at the console it will not route to the front desk.
I though about using vector and set it up using time of day but i am wondering if there is another way

If iuse vector when the 2 console is inuse what will happen the to the third call will will it ring on the console or they will hear a busy.Keep in mine the they don't want the the qeue or any of that kind of thing internaly.
