Need some assistance. Taking over responsibility for an office that has a Mitel SX2000 Light. No one has access to PBX, currently controlled by third party vendor. Does anyone have any User and Admin Guides for the SX2000 light? I called Mitel and they won't give anything until you pay and attend one of their training classes. I have techs with Mitel experience but it has been a while and they definitley want a refresher.
