You also need an external music source. You can do it with an external CD player or even with you PC's CD-ROM. Administer a port for the music-on-hold in the "system-parameters features". Connect that port with the "OUT" of the coupler (Use common RJ11 cable). Then connect the "IN" of the coupler to the "phone output" of the external source. For that connection you need RJ11 to RCA cable. It should work fine. I have done it 50 times.
