I have a 2nd site in palo alto and used frame relay to use 4 digit dialing between sites. Recently the service has not been acceptable and we removed the voice over frame and avaya configured the system for when the caller dials 4 digits the system automatically inserts the 91xxx-xxx. Where would I find this programming. I looked in the dialplan and ars table and don't see it.
