Actually the short code is used as *35*EXT#*pin#

So if no pin, from extension 101 dial *35*101*# or if pin 1234 dial *35*101*1234#

I've also seen it work on some systems as *35* {ext#} # - ie *35*101# skipping the *pin portion.

But it's certainly very easy if you have access to manager to look at the hunt groups :)
