U can see in the audix if all ports are busy by using the command "list measurement load day". Look under "simutanous ports". If this equals the total number of ports that u have on your voice mail, then users are going to get ring no answer until some one else gets off of the call. U can see how many ports u have and ussage on the next page. U should also check the voice mail system monitor to make sure all the ports are inservice by looking at the "system monitor". The command "list measurement load day" can also have a particular date on the end. Usually the busiest day is Monday or even more so a Tuesday after a 3 day weekend.
