Is PBX a necessity for VoIP based call center . If PBX is not used, how voice quality can be made better.?

I agree that the S8300 is an excellent product offering, however if you have a smaller budget the IPOffice is also an excellent choice. It offers most of the features of the S8300 plus some the definity platforms don't, at a fraction of the cost.

What exactly are you doing that you are using VoIP? H.323 trunking to North America? Home working agents with softphones? I have done a number of IP Office based call centers, including 1 completely virtual call center, plus a branch-branch scenario between Toronto and Bombay. Feel free to call or email if I can be of any assistance.
