You can place a *STAR or an _underscore preceeding the name and it will not show up in the directory.

Note: The INADS line should be a dedicated copper trunk from the CO. Using DID lines for INADS is not a wise idea. If the DID facilities, outbound trunks, or any device associated with them (like slot, card, carrier, power supply, tone clock, etc.) were to fail the PBX would likely not be able to report the alarm and remote maintenance personnel would not be able to call in.
