Im not sure if this would work, but i dont know why not.
If you use the DialEmergency instead of DIAL this will override the Account Codes.
So for LD calls you would send them to DIAL
for local calls you would send them to DIALEMERGENCY
I dont see why this would not work. I will try it later today for fun.
