So, I've asked this question to Avaya Support and I get the answer that through our sales rep a site team will evaluate our situation and provide us with specs prior to install. Sounds like crap to me, I can't get the specs on a product I intend to purchase and install independently? What a joke. The whole reason we haven't asked our rep is b/c of the bosses past experience's with their competency.
