I am afraid that I cannot advise you on your Expanets maintenance agreement other than to recommend that you query your legal department if you are unhappy with their performance. Anything more would be to make suppositions outside of my area of expertise.

For another Business Partner: I highly recommend CTAP (http://www.ctap.com). A great sales guy there is Aaron Kane. Give him a call at 888-781-2827 x3233. Aaron is a young guy who is customer focused and conscientious enough to make sure that he sells the RIGHT equipment and not just a load of "hooey" to pad his commission. I've had him send me configs from Design Specialists and ask me to "weed out" the fluff so he could give rock bottom pricing with full functionality. Bottom Line: He won't try to sell you a bunch of crap you don't need. He'll present options and let you make the decisions.

Disclaimer: I must be honest here. I used to be CTAP's VP of Voice Engineering and 70-80% of my business comes from them ... but their strength is in their commitment to service and I wouldn't make the recommendation if I didn't feel stronly about how they treat their customers.
