Having stated that your account team is with Expanets, that doesn't surprise me in the very least. Tell your account team to look on the Business Partner website (which is the FIRST place they should've gone to). All of the information is there, including the SA#, SAP Material Codes, and all necessary ordering information. If they cannot find it, then it's time for you to find a new Avaya Business Partner. I will be most happy to make a recommendation if you don't get satisfaction from Expanets.

Ok, that makes alot more sense. On the Expanets subject,, my VM maintenance is with them and my PBX is with Avaya directly. Based on what happened with Expanets aren't customers allowed to get out of that agreement? As far as another business partner.. let's not waste time.. shout me a few..
