Believe it or not.. my own sales people can't get me this answer...
As mentioned in my earlier message ... Yes, the actual 10-digit phone number is included in the header. As far as research goes, the Green and Red Features and information regarding their availability, functionality, etc. are not available to the general public

Having stated that your account team is with Expanets, that doesn't surprise me in the very least. Tell your account team to look on the Business Partner website (which is the FIRST place they should've gone to). All of the information is there, including the SA#, SAP Material Codes, and all necessary ordering information. If they cannot find it, then it's time for you to find a new Avaya Business Partner. I will be most happy to make a recommendation if you don't get satisfaction from Expanets.
