I am not too sure if this is the answer, but our Service Manager sent along a PCN for us to implement before the end of the year so as not to have announcements disappear. Read the bugfix for the PCN from Avaya. PCN Number:

1416B

Customers who do not implement FV7 will be exposed to the following issues that are resolved in FV7:

Bugfix:

Announcements being lost or reverting to older versions. This firmware contains END OF YEAR "roll-over" fixes that correct lost announcement problems.

If a user issues the "enable filesystem" command with the filesystem already enabled, the TN2501AP now responds with a correct error message.
