I've never had a problem with this. Be sure the aut-msg-waiting extension number is the sames as the x-ported station you set the voice mail up on is my only idea.

I have a g3siv8, i am dealing with all 8410d's, i have available buttons on the phones and i am trying to get an xported extensions voice mail to light on multiple phones, four to be exact for the HR departmen. I found the aut-msg-wt feature and applied it to my phone and left a message on a test ext but my button does not light. Any advise?[/quote]
