How many days storage is allocated for the mailbox? i.e. on Page 2 of the subscriber form (and COR) it will state X for new, x for old, and x for unopened. Check there first. If it is set to, say, 5 days then all calls prior to 5 days will have been purged by nightly audit maintenance.
