My company shut down from Christmas to Jan 5, 2004. A user came in on the 5th and checked her voice mailbox. She was expecting to have received messages from outside vendors daily, but when checking her mailbox she only had messages from 12/31/03 on.

I looked at the activity log for her mailbox and sure enough there were three messages unaccounted for. I see the entries where they were left, the message waiting light being turned on after the first message, I see her logging in on the 5th, deleting three messages, logging off and her mailbox stats are 0 for new, read or unopened messages....

So where could the three unaccounted messages have gone?

Any ideas on where to look?
