2329 says "No bandwidth channel resources between processor and IP endpoint."

You say the call is setup which means you have a CLAN at each end but there is no audio, so my initial guess will be that you do not have a MedPro (also called prowler) available for the audio at one end (or both). Check your network region programming to make sure you have both resources available.
