Hi Joe,
In this scenario I was specifying it directly in the user. Made a call to her and then asked her to transfer the call to the bosses cell phone and the recording continued unexpectedly. Previous to this we had made a call to her and had her transfer the call to the bosses extension which correctly stopped the recording. Not so with the transfer off net to the cell phone.
